Section 2 — Terms of Service: "By using this website or submitting a booking, you agree to the following terms: (1) Bookings require at least 48 hours' notice. (2) Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled clean may incur a cancellation fee. (3) Payment is due after booking confirmation and before the clean takes place. (4) Sparkling Homes reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion. (5) Sparkling Homes is not liable for pre-existing damage to property. All contractors are insured and DBS-checked."
